Requirements
* Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
* 2-3 years of related experience as a Software Engineer in production of commercial software, developing web-based products
* 2+ years of C# programming
* Must have solid development experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, Ajax
* Experience with C++ and JQuery is an asset, as well as development experience for mobile applications
* Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple concurrent assignments
* Able to learn quickly and effectively apply new knowledge
* Strong analytic skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Ability to work with minimal supervision

The Sr. Database Developer will design and develop common database objects in support of a new reporting solution for the organization as part of the project’s Reporting Team. Given the complexity of the solution as well as a number of interdependent parallel projects, this person will need to have proven skills in cross-project/team coordination in addition to proficiency in database design and development. ***Responsibilities/Activities: * Work with the multiple project teams to accurately capture and document the requirements for data going into the organizational data warehouse.
* Design, develop and deploy common database objects such as stored procedures and views to support Reporting Services and the Report Builder solutions.
* Ensure the infrastructure supporting the reporting solution is configured to enable necessary functionality, especially as it relates to implementing SSRS on SQL Server 2008.
* Work with the Technical Architecture team to ensure the project deployment includes the necessary components for the deployment of Report Builder 2.0 to our users. This would include working with QA resources to ensure the deployment is complete to our users.
* Assist with integrating Reporting Services with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. * Provide technical design and system build documentation

Requirements/Qualifications:
* 5+ years experience designing and developing enterprise reporting solutions.
* 5+ years experience designing and developing reporting data schemas (typically facts and dimensions)
* 5+ years SQL Server experience with emphasis on reporting stored procedures and views. SQL Server 2005 experience preferred.
* 5+ years experience with cross project/team coordination to bring with a proven track record in bringing efficiency to involved parties.
* 3+ years experience in projects with compressed time schedules and making clear and thoughtful trade-off decisions
* Experience with integration of Reporting Services with Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Office 2007 desired.
* Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability. * Excellent written and oral communication skills
