· creative flair and generate innovative ideas, design and layout skills.

- Build and maintain the presentation layer of the site
- Write clean, coherent code and to follow established coding style guidelines
- Code for cross-browser compatibility
- Implement creativity while producing eye-catching designs under deadline

Requirements:

Strategy:
· Create a brand profile and value proposition for the division.
· Create consistent creative guidelines for communicating brand values to the target markets;
· Develop a marketing strategic plan consistent with the corporate plan and objectives to increase brand recognition, increase market share and achieve new customer acquisition goals;

Planning:
· Develop all aspects of marketing campaigns including direct marketing, copywriting, collateral, campaign components, special offers, website and advertising;
· Manage and direct all marketing communications;

Implementation:

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Java applications in an n-tier, J2EE environment
- Getting in on the ground floor to be part of a small tight team producing world-class software for a truly global client base
- Be involved in the full SDLC as well as be part of the decisions re technologies, processes, etc.
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a small software development shop with proven ability to work with limited resources to create high-quality software


Requirements:
- At least 5 years of post-school commercial software development experience in Java
- Experience with MySQL and Oracle database technologies
- Comfortable using version control tools such as SVN in a staged development environment
- Experience with Javascript (Ext JS), and AJAX technologies is a plus
- Exposure to working with Linux will be an advantage
