Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer you will have the opportunity work with a star technical team to produce product documentation in a cross-functional, distributed environment.

The technical publications team plays a vital role in making sure that the offerings are clearly described through the right types of documentation, code samples, guides, and tools. Ideal candidates will posses both a technical background that enables them to easily interact with software developers, and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical publications for customers.




Key Responsibilities:


* Independently follow designs and standards to develop and deliver documentation for client's services

* Write or manipulate code samples to support documentation


Qualifications:


* 5 years in a technical writing or lead writing role

* Degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field

* Strong grammar skills

* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills

* Knowledgeable in using multiple documentation tools to develop base templates and manipulate output styles

* Proven experience designing documentation for software APIs

* A proactive attitude to resolve problems and deliver results

* Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

* Experience with XML-based publishing systems

* Experience working with a programming language such as C#, Java, PHP, or Ruby preferred (not required)

* Some experience with web services and related technologies a plus

* Previous experience working in an agile programming environment a plus

QA Engineer

The QA Engineer will have an exciting job of testing the new UI of a website for a global company. The candidate will be preparing and executing manual test cases against the web UI, regression testing, and integration testing with backend financial software. Project Manager II

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring, via project management practices, the most effective and efficient IT product and services deliveries as requested by the agency and authorized as a project by management. The person in this position will ensure that systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to an agreed scope that supports the agency mission and goals. This person will work collaboratively with other OIS managers and staff to continuously improve the organization, its processes, and the growth of their employee’s careers.


Major duties include:



* Initiate projects, including establishing project goals, primary objectives and rough-order estimates

* Facilitate the planning process, including preparing project budgets, preparing project plans, defining project scope, determining project tasks, deliverables, resources, estimates, schedule, feasibility, cost/benefit, accountability, and monitoring methods

* Direct project execution, including coordinating and assigning resources as planned, facilitate team meetings, carry out and review contract solicitation, facilitate source selection, and administer contracts

* Perform project-controlling functions, including managing the project budget, scope, and schedule adjustments, monitoring issues, risks, and develop and implement corrective action plans

* Provide supervision, training, and direction to assigned staff.


Experience must include activities in the following:


* Six years of experience in supervision, staff -technical or professional-level work related to Information Technology or Project Management.

* Candidates experience must have included at least two years of supervision and management of a program section, or unit, which included: a) Development of program rules and policies, b) Development of long- and short-range goals and plans, c) Program evaluation, and d) Budget preparation.

* A Bachelor’s degree or courses in a field related to management, such as Business or Public Administration, or a field related to the program of the employing agency, may be substituted for up to three years of the required experience, but will not substitute for the two years of specialized experience.

Looking for an experienced software developer in Microsoft BizTalk Server, minimum 4 years of experience with at least two versions.



Responsibilities:

* Experience in managing budgets and negotiating contracts

* Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to creatively negotiate demands

* High energy, results-oriented, customer driven, organized with attention to detail

* Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline oriented environment

* Thrive on teamwork and overcoming obstacles

* Self-starter, motivated and able to multi-task; Able to work with a minimum of supervision

* Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to proactively address client's needs

* Experience managing campaigns and tracking lead generation performance in Saleforce.com

* Experience with direct mail through Exact Target or other volume mail provider

* Strong IT skills and project management skills with a desire to improve current processes

* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (MS Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is necessary
