Key Responsibilities:
. Lead the process of converting business requirements into technical requirements
. Research, design and implementation of web and database applications
. Over all architectural review and recommendation
. Development of project phases and monitoring of said phases
. Test plan development & execution
Required Skills & Experience:
. 5-7 years experience of commercial software development
. Strong experience with ASP/ASP.Net with obje
. XML/XSL experience
. Strong SQL skills and experience with stored procedures
. Experience working in a full System Development Life Cycle (Agile Methodologies desired)
. Strong troubleshooting, analytical problem solving, and decision making skills
. Strong leadership skills including team lead & team mentoring
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to haves:
. Experience converting ASP applications to ASP.Net
. Experience with large scale system software or performing an architecture role
. SOAP and/or Web Service experience
. C++ experience
Education:
. Degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience.
